Shipping policy

 

Your order will be processed within three business days from the date of purchase. Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Shipping with estimated delivery times of 2–6 business days. International orders have an estimated delivery timeframe of 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

We want to ensure your experience with FRNTRO is as seamless as possible. Please take note of our return policy below:

• We offer store credit vouchers only for full priced items if you change your mind. We do not provide refunds, however our store credits are valid for 12 months.

• You have 10 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please ensure that the item is unused and has all original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and items must be returned to the FRNTRO warehouse in Sydney, Australia. If you feel your item has manufacturing defects or is faulty, please email hello@frntro.com.au within 7 days of purchasing with photos displaying the fault and we will resolve the situation for you.
